FIR Filed Against Four in ATS Heavenly Foothills Colony Dispute; Legal Action Intensifies Following Court Order
Dehradun: The ongoing dispute within the ATS Heavenly Foothills Colony, located in the Raipur police station area of the capital city, has now escalated into a legal battle. Acting on a complaint filed by builder Puneet Agarwal, a case has been registered under serious sections of the law against four members of a family, one of whom is reported to be a Senior Scientist.

**Case Registered Under Specific Sections**
The FIR lodged at the Raipur police station names Aniruddh Sharma, Ishwar Prasad Sharma, Mrs. Hemashikha, and Mrs. Saroj as the accused. The police have registered the case under Sections 333, 115(2), 351(2), 352, and 74 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
According to the complaint, the dispute began on April 13, 2026, over the removal of plants within the colony premises; the situation quickly spiraled out of control, escalating from verbal abuse and physical assault to death threats.
**Allegations of Forced Entry and Assault**
Builder Puneet Agarwal alleges that the accused forcibly entered his residence—claiming a right to possession—and launched an attack. The FIR notes that an attempt was made to kill Stuti Agarwal’s husband by strangling him. The situation was eventually brought under control following intervention by others present.
The complaint also levels serious allegations, including indecent behavior towards a woman and an attempt to outrage her modesty. It is reported that Stuti Agarwal had initially submitted a complaint to the Raipur police station and subsequently to the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), following which the case was formally registered.
**FIR Registered Following Court Order**
According to sources, the court had issued clear directives mandating that an FIR be registered under the relevant sections within seven days from the date of receiving the order. Consequently, the case was registered at the Raipur police station.
Sub-Inspector Neema has been designated as the Investigating Officer for the case.
**Apprehension of Arrest; Family Absconding**
Sources indicate that, fearing arrest, the named members of the family are currently not present at their residence. Meanwhile, even before the investigation into the allegations leveled against builder Puneet Agarwal by Aniruddh Sharma could be completed, Puneet Agarwal approached the court, seeking protection for his family and demanding justice.
**Demand for Protection**
The builder’s wife has also requested police protection for her husband. She alleges that the situation regarding the dispute within the colony is grave, and the possibility of an untoward incident occurring in the future cannot be ruled out.
This dispute, linked to the ATS Colony, has been a subject of discussion in the past as well. Now, following the registration of an FIR, an atmosphere of tension prevails within the colony. The police state that an impartial investigation into the matter is underway, and further action will be taken based on the facts.
