Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Thursday that under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the state is playing a significant role in making India a developed nation. In a post, the Chief Minister said that the development and public welfare schemes implemented in Uttar Pradesh have significantly improved the living standards of the people. He further said that the benefits of government schemes are reaching all sections of society, including the poor, farmers, youth, and women, in a transparent, timely, and effective manner. Yogi Adityanath said that under the able guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, ‘New Uttar Pradesh’ is playing a crucial role in the development path of ‘Developed India’. The development and public welfare schemes implemented in the state have significantly improved the living standards of the people of Uttar Pradesh. Expressing confidence in the state’s development journey, Yogi Adityanath said that by 2026, the development-oriented policies of the double-engine government will enable Uttar Pradesh to set new standards of prosperity, good governance, and progress. On Tuesday, Yogi Adityanath called for investment and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the state, saying that 2025 will be remembered for innovation in technology and data. In an open letter to the citizens of Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi said that preparations are underway to establish ‘AI Cities’ in Lucknow and Noida. He also informed that under the ‘AI Pragya’ initiative, 10 lakh citizens are being provided with AI training. In the letter shared on X, the Chief Minister said, “It is time to enter the English year 2026. The year 2025 will be remembered for setting new benchmarks of innovation in technology, AI, and data. Uttar Pradesh is setting new standards of visionary development. Good governance in the state has empowered the ‘UP brand’ globally. Uttar Pradesh has now become a state of confidence for investors.” Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath further stated, “Preparations are underway to establish ‘AI Cities’ in Lucknow and Noida. A semiconductor unit is being constructed in Jewar at a cost of ₹3,700 crore. The success of the ‘Indigenous Center’ and the data center policy focused on secure data is now becoming evident. Five hyperscale data center parks have already commenced commercial operations. The target is to attract an investment of ₹30,000 crore in the data center sector.”
