Tejashwi Yadav asked PM Modi, “Can’t you see the ‘Maha Jungle Raj’ in Bihar?”

RJD leader and Grand Alliance’s Chief Ministerial candidate, Tejashwi Yadav, launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He accused the state of experiencing a ‘Maha Jungle Raj’ following the arrest of JDU candidate Anant Singh in the Mokama murder case and accused the PM of “failing to see” the rising crime rate. Tejashwi Yadav responded to PM Modi and the BJP’s description of the RJD’s previous rule as ‘Jungle Raj’. He said, “This was bound to happen after the incident (Mokama massacre). The Prime Minister is coming to Patna today. Can’t he see the murder of a father and son in Ara and Rohtas and the daily firing incidents?” He asserted that a situation of ‘Maha Jungle Raj’ has been created in the state. The RJD leader expressed confidence that the Grand Alliance will form the government on November 14th and assume power on November 18th. He promised that all criminals in Bihar will be behind bars by January 26th. Tejashwi Yadav attacked the Prime Minister on the issue of employment. He alleged, “He sets up factories in Gujarat and wants to win in Bihar. This won’t work anymore.” Tejashwi said that PM Modi hasn’t created a single job in 11 years and now he’s talking about providing 10 million jobs, which is just a gimmick. Tejashwi’s statement comes after Union Home Minister Amit Shah accused the RJD of running a “jungle raj.” Shah said, “This election is an opportunity to decide who should entrust the future of Bihar to. On one side are those who started the ‘jungle raj’. On the other side is the duo of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar, who have brought development.” Last month, PM Modi attacked Tejashwi Yadav and Rahul Gandhi, calling them “princes” of corruption and those running a “shop of false promises.”
