Manoj Tiwari’s major attack on the Grand Alliance: Muslims considered only a vote bank
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Manoj Tiwari on Friday accused the opposition Grand Alliance of considering Muslims only a vote bank and not providing them any benefits. Speaking to reporters here, Tiwari said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar have benefited the Muslim community. He also said that due to internal strife within the Grand Alliance, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav had to struggle to declare himself as the Chief Ministerial candidate. Tiwari said that they consider Muslims only as their vote bank, but never do anything to benefit them. Prime Minister Modi and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar have benefited Muslims. There is so much internal strife within the Grand Alliance that RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav had to struggle to declare himself as the Chief Ministerial face of the Grand Alliance. All is not well within the Grand Alliance. Earlier, Tejashwi Yadav targeted the Nitish Kumar-led double-engine government, saying it has exploited the people of Bihar for the past 20 years. Speaking to ANI, Yadav said people are “unhappy” with the current government. He said it’s the people’s love for him. The people of Bihar want change. They are unhappy with the current government. The people of Bihar have been exploited for 20 years. This time, the people will take revenge. There will be more deputy chief ministers; you will know about it in a few days.
