Delhi High Court has instructed Patanjali to stop spreading misleading and insulting advertisements against Dabur Chyavanpras. Dabur had complained that Patanjali is a criminal till date. Delhi High Court has instructed Patanjali to stop spreading misleading and derogatory advertisements against Dabur Chyawanprash. Dabur had complained that Patanjali is a criminal today. Delhi High Court has banned Patanjali from spreading allegedly derogatory advertisements against Dabur Chyawanprash. Justice Mini Pushkarna’s bench accepted Dabur’s interim petition requesting to stop Patanjali from spreading the advertisement. The court has fixed July 14 for the next hearing of the case. It is worth noting that Patanjali has earlier also faced the strictness of the High Court regarding its advertisement of sherbet. In that advertisement, Swami Ramdev had described Rooh Afza as sherbet jihad. Against this, Hamdard, the company making this sherbet, went to the court. Delhi High Court gave strict orders to Patanjali on this, after which the company had to withdraw its advertisement.
