Yogi Adityanath meets ailing railway employee in Gorakhpur
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday visited the house of a cancer-stricken railway employee to inquire about his health and wish him a speedy recovery, officials said. Ajay Kumar Singh, who was the president of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Gorakhpur Metropolitan unit before joining the railway service, later joined the railway service. He is now recovering after cancer treatment. Ajay Singh expressed his gratitude to Yogi Adityanath on social media. Ajay Singh, known for his deep reverence for Gorakshapeeth, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Yogi Adityanath for his emotional support during his treatment. During the visit, Yogi Adityanath interacted warmly with Singh and his family members. Yogi was accompanied by state Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh, BJP state vice-president and MLC Dharmendra Singh and MLA Vipin Singh. Earlier too, Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev had visited Ajay Singh’s residence to inquire about his well-being. When Ajay Singh was the president of the Gorakhpur unit of BJYM, the state leadership of this youth organisation of the party was with Swatantra Dev Singh.
