Single window system should be strengthened further to make UP a hub of investment: Yogi Adityanath
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed to further strengthen the single window system to make the state a hub of investment. This information was given in an official statement on Friday. The statement said that under the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, ‘Invest UP’ is playing an important role in making the state a hub of investment. Under this, a record investment of Rs 10 lakh crore was made in Uttar Pradesh in the ‘Ground Breaking Ceremony’ held in February 2023. ‘Invest UP’ is being restructured to achieve Yogi’s goal of ‘One Trillion Dollar Economy’. In this sequence, Yogi directed to make the investment friend, single window operation system of ‘Invest UP’ more effective and transparent in the review meeting, so that the entrepreneurs investing in the state can get easy approval and more and more Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) can be implemented on the ground. The statement said that efforts are being made to remove all the problems of Nivesh Mitra, Single Window Operation System to make ‘Invest UP’ more effective and to attract more and more investment in the state. In this direction, as per the instructions of Yogi, the ‘Single Window Act, 2024’ is being effectively implemented. Also, the process of ‘System Aggregator’ will start from this month itself, so that the data of different departments can be collected and resolved at one place. To make the process more transparent, as per the Act, facility has been provided to take action against the concerned officers in case of unnecessary delay and to submit online complaints directly to high level officials. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also given instructions to create a GIS data bank for industrial land in the state, which will be used smoothly soon.
