Danteshwari temple, a religious place built in the fourteenth century, is dedicated to Goddess Danteshwari. This temple is located in Dantewada city, about 400 km from the capital Raipur in South Bastar region. Lakhs of devotees come here during Navratri (Chaitra Navratri and Sharadiya Navratri). Shah, who reached Raipur on Friday night on a two-day visit to the state, is scheduled to attend the closing ceremony of the state government’s cultural program Bastar Pandum here.
