Gehlot launches book ‘Mahi ke Manasvi’

Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Friday launched the book ‘Mahi ke Manasvi’ here. Written by journalist Sunny Sebastian, the book is based on the life of former Chief Minister Haridev Joshi and his contribution to the development of the state. Personalities from literature and politics gathered on one platform at the launch event held at Jawahar Kala Kendra. On this occasion, Gehlot said, “This book will become history for generations to come. It is a different matter that in this era of social media, the habit of reading has decreased. We need to see how we can inspire the younger generation. Former Speaker of Rajasthan Assembly CP Joshi also addressed the function. During this, Sebastian said that the book takes an in-depth look at the personal and political journey of Haridev Joshi (late), known for his dedication to Rajasthan. He said that the book will provide readers with a comprehensive view of Joshi’s impact on the political landscape of Rajasthan.
