Delhi Jal Board vandalism case: Court asks police to give copy of chargesheet to Raghav Chadha
A Delhi court on Monday ordered the Delhi Police to provide Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Raghav Chadha a copy of the chargesheet filed on his complaint in the 2020 vandalism case at the Delhi Jal Board office. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Paras Dalal issued the direction in view of Chadha’s plea to monitor the investigation into the case against BJP MP Yogendra Chandolia, BJP leader Adesh Gupta and others. The court has fixed April 7 as the next date of hearing. The Delhi Police had registered an FIR on December 24, 2020 for alleged violation of Covid norms in connection with the vandalism at the Delhi Jal Board headquarters.
