Take a pledge to build a golden Jharkhand in the new year: Soren

On the first day of the year 2025, Chief Minister Hemant Soren took a pledge to build a ‘golden Jharkhand’ to realize the aspirations of the people. The state witnessed a huge increase in the number of tourists at popular tourist and picnic spots, including the attractive Patratu lake and waterfalls. Soren wrote on the social media platform ‘X’, “Hearty congratulations, best wishes and Johar to everyone on the occasion of New Year 2025. We have to together build a golden Jharkhand by realizing the dreams of the immortal brave martyrs and great revolutionaries of the state and the aspirations of the people.” He wrote, “We will reach out to the person standing at the last rung with sensitivity and make him a part of the all-round development of the state.” The state administration has increased security to ensure smooth and safe celebrations for the celebrants.
