Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi reached Jaipur

Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi arrived here on a day-long visit on Sunday morning to attend the Congress’ ‘Netratva Sangam’ (training camp) being organised at Khedapati Balaji (Samod) Ashram Dham. Former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Congress state unit president Govind Singh Dotasara, Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie, Deputy Leader of Opposition Ramesh Meena welcomed Gandhi at Jaipur airport. As per the party’s programme, Gandhi will reach the training camp and leave for Jaipur airport at 3 pm. He will address Congress workers at the ‘Netratva Sangam’. This training camp of Congress is organised every year. Two years ago this training programme was also organised in Mount Abu. According to party leaders, selected Congress leaders from across the country are participating in this training camp. Congress leaders of the state are not allowed to attend the training camp. Senior leaders including Congress state president Govind Singh Dotasara, Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie, former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will not accompany him to the training session. In this training camp of Congress, the workers will be trained about the basic ideology of the party.
