BJP’s Sankalp Patra released, promises to give many gifts to the public, Amit Shah targets Soren government and Congress

Union Home Minister Amit Shah released the BJP’s manifesto for the Jharkhand assembly elections in Ranchi. On this occasion, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Sanjay Seth and Jharkhand BJP President Babulal Marandi were also present with Shah. The BJP’s ‘Sankalp Patra’ emphasizes on 25 major resolutions to commemorate the completion of 25 years of the formation of Jharkhand. Making announcements for the people of Jharkhand, the Home Minister said, ‘We will protect all three – roti, beti and maati. BJP will bring a law to take back land from intruders in Jharkhand. BJP will give Rs 2,100 every month on the 11th of the month to the mothers and sisters of Jharkhand through ‘Gogo Didi Yojana’. One gas cylinder will be given free on Diwali and Rakshabandhan and the gas cylinder will be given at a price of Rs 500. We will implement Uniform Civil Code in Jharkhand but will keep tribal communities out of its ambit. The Home Minister said, ‘Within 5 years, we will create 5 lakh employment opportunities for the youth of Jharkhand. About 3 lakh government posts will be filled in a fair and transparent manner. We will give Rs 2,000 per month to every graduate and post graduate youth in Jharkhand. To promote tribal respect and identity, we will develop tribal religious and cultural sites and provide grants and assistance. We will build a memorial of Lord Birsa Munda in Jamshedpur. There will be a CBI, SIT investigation into the ‘question paper leak’ in Jharkhand, the culprits will be sent to jail. A commission will be formed for the rehabilitation of people displaced due to industries and mines in Jharkhand. On coming to power in Jharkhand, BJP will discuss the issue of ‘Sarna Dharma Code’ and take appropriate decision.’
