We did not reject anyone, accepted everyone, said RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat in Nagpur

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat expressed concern over the impact of material development on humanity. At an event in Nagpur, Maharashtra, he said that all experiments to bring peace and happiness in the last 2,000 years have failed. Bhagwat said that material progress has reached its peak, it is pushing humanity towards destruction. He said that the answer to this lies in Indian traditions. Speaking further, he emphasized that Indian philosophy has always adopted diverse viewpoints, including both theistic and atheistic viewpoints. Referring to the inclusiveness of Indian culture, Bhagwat said that we have never rejected anyone, our tradition accepts everyone. Bhagwat highlighted the need for balance and coordination in life. He said that life is naturally full of conflicts, but there is a hidden harmony in these conflicts which can be felt. He said that despite various global efforts in the last 2,000 years, no system has been able to bring lasting peace and happiness. Quoting Mahatma Gandhi, the RSS chief said that be the change you want to see in the world. Be what you want to see in the world. He said that India has the potential to provide solutions to the problems faced by the global community. Bhagwat said that we all should take a pledge to become the guide of the world.
