Narendra Modi is creating two Indias, where justice is also dependent on wealth: Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi. Following public outcry over the grant of bail to a rich teenager in a case of allegedly mowing down two people with a Porsche car in Pune, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of creating two Indias “where justice He is also dependent on wealth.” “Narendra Modi is creating two Hindustans – where justice is also dependent on wealth,” he said in a post on If a driver, Ola or Uber driver accidentally kills someone, they get 10 years in jail and their keys are thrown away.” He said, “But if a 16-17 year old boy from a rich family drinks and drives a Porsche and kills two people, then he is asked to write an essay. Why don’t you ask a bus driver or truck driver to write an essay? Why don’t they ask the Uber or auto driver to write it down.” Gandhi said in the video, “When Narendra Modi was asked that two Indias were being created – one of rich billionaires and the other of the poor, he replied that should they make everyone poor. The question is not about this, but about justice. Both rich and poor should get justice. Justice should be equal for everyone. That’s why we are fighting against injustice. Gandhi was referring to the accident that took place in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar in the early hours of Sunday, in which a minor crushed two software engineers riding a motorcycle with his speeding car, following which they died. After this, the police took the minor into custody and produced him before the Juvenile Justice Board, which granted him bail by directing him to write an essay in 300 words on road accidents and their solutions.
