Samajwadi Party has no respect for Indian history and culture: Yogi Adityanath

Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath attacked the Samajwadi Party (SP) over Sengol (scepter) on Thursday and said that the SP has no respect for Indian history and culture. Yogi said in a post on X, Samajwadi Party has no respect for Indian history and culture. His post is in English. He said, the comments of its top leaders on Sengol are reprehensible. It shows their ignorance. It also shows the hatred of the Indy Alliance especially towards Tamil culture. Yogi wrote, Sengol is the pride of India. It is a matter of pride that Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave it the highest honor in Parliament. Samajwadi Party MP RK Chaudhary had recently written a letter to the Protem Speaker, calling Sengol a symbol of monarchy and demanding its removal from the Parliament House.
