Developed Kerala is now the mission of Bharatiya Janata Party
Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the headquarters of BJP’s Kerala unit in Thiruvananthapuram. Kerala BJP President Rajeev Chandrashekhar was also present. During this, Amit Shah said that Kerala is a holy land, because a great soul like Sri Adi Shankaracharya was born here. Today, I bow to the virtuous soul of Sri Adi Shankaracharya. Today, while inaugurating the BJP office in Kerala, I am remembering the sacrifice of all those party workers who have taken forward the ideology of our party with their dedication and devotion. I bow to their sacrifice. Amit Shah said that the BJP has made the workers’ conference as big as the public conferences of other political parties and it is a symbol of the future of BJP in Kerala. He said that Prime Minister Modi has three main visions for the development of Kerala – corruption-free governance, no discrimination in government schemes and development of Kerala beyond political gain. He said that both BJP and CPI(M) are cadre-based parties, but there is a big difference between the two. In Kerala, cadre welfare is bigger than state development, while for the BJP, developed Kerala is above cadre. Shah said the path to developed India goes through developed Kerala. Without the development of powerful southern states, a developed India is not possible. Developed Kerala has now become the mission of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Amit Shah on Saturday inaugurated Maraji Bhavan, the new office of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state committee in Thiruvananthapuram, ahead of launching the party’s campaign for the local body elections this year and the assembly elections next year.
