Amit Shah spoke at BSF’s investiture ceremony

Addressing the 22nd Border Security Force (BSF) investiture ceremony and Rustamji Memorial Lecture in the national capital, Union Home Minister Amit Shah praised the Indian Armed Forces for ‘Operation Sindoor’. He said that the country has been facing terrorism for decades. Pakistan carried out many attacks, but did not get a befitting reply. When Modi ji became the Prime Minister in 2014, the first major attack took place in Uri, in which our soldiers were targeted and we responded with a surgical strike by entering the enemy territory. When the Pulwama attack took place, the Indian Army gave a strong response through air strikes. When it was decided that one force would provide security on one border, the BSF was given the responsibility of guarding the two most difficult borders – Bangladesh and Pakistan and given your capabilities, you have secured it very well. He said that terrorists brutally killed our people in Pahalgam. Prime Minister Modi had said that a befitting reply will be given and today this answer is clear. The whole world is now praising our armed forces and their striking capabilities.
