Today every Indian is realizing the power of the government: Vice President Dhankhar

Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar said on Friday that today every Indian is realizing the power of the government and is understanding that the country is not dependent on any other nation. His remarks came amid the ongoing military standoff between India and Pakistan. He said, “We are Indians, Indianness is our identity, national religion is paramount, the nation comes first. No interest (personal, political or economic) can be above national interest.” Without referring to the current situation, the Vice President said that today every Indian is knowing the power, vision and thinking of the government. Dhankhar said that today India is not dependent on any country in this matter and what is happening in the country today is increasing the enthusiasm of every Indian. He made this remark during the release of the book ‘Janata Ki Kahani, Meri Aatmakatha’ written by Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya.
