Amid growing military confrontation between India and Pakistan, Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan on Saturday met Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and apprised him of the current situation. Sources gave this information. A source said, the CDS met the Defence Minister this morning and apprised him of the current situation. The source said that the meeting took place at the Union Minister’s residence here. India had said on Friday that Pakistan fired 300 to 400 Turkish drones at 36 locations from Leh to Sir Creek on Thursday night in an attempt to target Indian military installations, although its attempt failed. On Saturday morning, the Indian Army said, “Pakistan is increasing attacks with drones and other weapons along the western border.
